You haven't gone completely through the system yet, which is why you have questions. Don't worry about the $50, if you don't like what you see, you can request the $50 back.
 
As for the $299, that is for the system per month - the system that will do all the heavy lifting and sell the prospects, train you, and show you the ways that the elite run their business with easy to impliment tracking etc. So $10 a day gets you a sales force, hosting, autoresponders, tracking -- everything you need beyond marketing for your business to be successful.
